1. Login to your email for you Yahoo! Small Business Account
2. Click "Contacts" in the left hand sidebar
3. From the "Tools" dropdown menu, select "Export"
4. Select the Yahoo CSV export button or click "Export" next to Yahoo CSV
5. Type in the CAPTCHA and click "Export Now"
6. Click "Save File" and make note of what the file is named and where it is located
7. Now login to your GMAIL account. This will be at mail.yoursitename.com
8. From left hand sidebard, click "Contacts"
9. Upper right hand corner, click "Import"
10. Click Browse and navigate to the CSV file you just downloaded.
11. Select the Yahoo CSV file and click open.
12. Click "Import"
13. Click "OK"
